Coolpad Note 3 Lite Review: To Buy or Not?
If you are looking for an Android smartphone under 7000 INR, Coolpad Note 3 Lite can certainly be in your list of options but should you finally go for this recently launched smartphone? If you have used or seen Coolpad Note 3, this is just a modified version of the previously launched smartphone with better Ram and a smaller dimension. Design
Coolpad Note 3 Lite looks no different from other smartphone. It has got the similar looks of Honor Holly. The smartphone has got a plastic body and a metallic edge finish which gives it a costly look.
The edges are a bit rounded and the back side of the phone is having a soft texture which gives the phone a much better grip.
If we look at the front side of the smartphone, we can find the front camera, the earpiece and the sensor beside each other. On the top side, you have a earphone jack. The charging jack is at the bottom end.
Talking about the back side of the phone, there is a LED flash beside the camera. There is also a fingerprint sensor just below it. If we look furthur down, we can see the COOLPAD logo and the sound grill.
On the left edge is the volume key whereas the power button is on the right edge.
Display
Coolpad Note 3 Lite comes with a 5 inch display with no buttons on the screen. It comes with 720p display and 294 PPI pixel density, which is not bad afterall looking at the price range. You can have a good view even at the sunlight which is definitely a good point about this smartphone. Moreover the screen is scratch resistant.
Battery
This Android smartphone comes with 2500 mAh battery life which takes around 3 hours to charge completely and within an hour you may find more than 10 percent battery getting drained up.
Camera
Coolpad Lite Note 3 comes with a 5 MP front camera and 13 MP rear camera. The camera quality is average ( not so good, not so bad ).
Memory
The phone has an internal storage of 16 GB and can be expanded upto 32 GB externally with the help of microSD card.
Connectivity
It supports 4G connection, wifi, bluetooth.
Pros
Visibility: Visibility under sunlight is good.
RAM: 3 GB RAM is definitely very good.
Cons
Speaker Position: One thing I did not like about the Coolpad Note 3 Lite’s design is the position of the speaker. Since it is at the back end of the smartphone, you need to turn the phone in the opposite direction to enjoy good music.
