|HTC Unveils Dual SIM Phone HTC Desire SV, Targets Indian Customers
HTC today made an official announcement regarding the release of HTC Desire SV, a dual SIM phone specially targeting the Indian market. The phone will be released in the market by the end of November. No words were spoken on the price though, but the phone is expected to be priced anywhere between 22000 INR to 25ooo INR.
HTC Desire SV will run on Android 4.0 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System. However, the company has promised that there will be every possibility for a Jelly Bean Update very soon. Beside HTC Desire SV, two other HTC dual SIM phones are there in the market- HTC Desire V and HTC Desire VC.
HTC Desire SV comes with a 1 GHz dual core processor ( Qualcomm Snapdragon ) with a display size of 4.3 inches. Looking at the memory, 768MB RAM looks very promising. It also comes with handy 4 GB intenal memory.
The phone supports 3G. Good news for the Indian fans who wanted a good camera dual sim phone. HTC Desire V features a 8 MP camera which comes with bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. There is a micro USB slot right at the base of the phone. At the top, there is 3.5 mm audio jack with the power button.
The phone is good though but the price of this dual SIM phone may not be Indian market friendly.
Looks to be an amazing device from HTC at an affordable price. BTW, when shall it be available for purchase?
I wish we had dual SIMs in the UK. I think we dont have them because the manufracturers want us to buy new phones all the time! Grrr
