Karbonn Titanium S6 Pre-review, Specifications and Expected Price

While Micromax is aping apple & seeking to axe over Samsung Smart phones, gearing up its new device is Karbonn. After successful patronage of Karbonn Titanium S5, Managing Director of Karbonn Mobiles Mr. Pradeep Jain is all set to launch its next flagship Smart phone, the third accession in its series Titanium S6. Micromax biggest challenger Karbonn has earlier gone up against the series of Canvas phones launched by Micromax. Now, Karbonn proposes to outstrip Micromax’s forthcoming Canvas 4.

NDTV gadget reports Titanium S6 to be launched in the second week of July. Pradeep Jain have expressed solely that Titanium S6 will desist from digging a deep hole in buyer’s pocket.

“Our aim at Karbonn is not to provide the cheapest smart phone is the category but the quality product in the market. We have done that with our past products and will continue to do the same with Titanium S6,” he summated.

Karbonn Titanium S6 is considered to embark with Android Jelly Bean (either 4.1 or 4.2) and will arrive with a stylus standardized to Samsung Galaxy Note series. This budget phone is pictured to feature a 1080p full HD panel resolution. No particular details were let out referring the screen size. Since, Titanium S6 is expected to tag along a stylus alike Samsung Galaxy Note series; possibility of multi touch display might exceed 5-inch bench mark. Thus, Karbonn Titanium S6 in all likelihood will feature 400 chipset as 200 chipset will not be supported in 1080p screens and is directed mostly towards entry level phones. It will sport a Dragontrail or Gorilla Glass protection for the screen.

Karbonn have reported that Titanium S6 will be plied by Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, in lieu of Media Tek Chip. In Quad core configuration we can anticipate Cortex A7 architecture to be enforced or else, Krait 300 CPU in Dual core launch. The SoC in specific comes with Adreno 305 GPU, Wi-Fi 802.11ac radios & Bluetooth 4.0 along with support for 1080p HD video Capture & Play Back facility. However, Processer along with GPU combination is not yet disclosed.

Karbonn previously launched titanium series starting with titanium S1 and S5, both powered by 1.2 GHz Quad core processor and 1GB RAM. They were provided with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in an affordable retail tag. Titanium S6 is the third launch of titanium series from Karbonn with eminent prospect.

Like Samsung Galaxy S4 and upcoming Micromax Canvas 4, titanium S6 is also stated to have a 13 Mega pixel rear camera with LED flash. For fulfillment of video calling purpose 2 Mega pixel front camera will also be provided. This gadget is expected to gear 2GB RAM. But, Information regarding internal storage capacity is not yet on air.
